PORTADOR BLACK welcomes enquiries for travel, selected personal belongings and meaningful occasions across India. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad are starting markets, with every actual route assessed.
Locations are part of the plan.
A home, apartment lobby, hotel, resort, homestay, retailer or permitted offsite meeting point may be considered. Give the full postcode, property type, pieces, contents and readiness. Being named as a location does not establish collection permission or capacity.
Agree a practical authorised handover.
Identify the releasing and receiving people and any property approval. Explain stairs, working lifts, vehicle restrictions and receiving hours before the quote. Where access is difficult, discuss a permitted accessible alternative; do not leave belongings unattended or obstruct public or emergency access.
Airport and religious locations have separate rules.
Standard airport arrival collection follows formalities at an agreed permitted landside point. Religious-property requirements should use an assessed accommodation or offsite handover. No BLACK counter, airside pass, shrine access, cloakroom authority or institutional affiliation is implied.
Include Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.
Journeys involving these cities can be assessed for travel and non-travel personal items. Their inclusion is not a timetable, direct-flight promise or guarantee for every postcode. The actual contents, packed size, route and receiving window determine the available proposal.
Tell us the destination beyond the list.
The team may assess an appropriate air, road or combined plan, or explain that the request cannot be supported. Remote properties, hill routes and restricted-access areas need particular review. Nationwide enquiry scope is not a universal execution guarantee.
Confirm off-hours and international scope.
Sunday, holiday, festival and late-night service depend on route and team confirmation. Overseas collection is discussed by BLACK email; India-origin overseas destinations require international review. Website locations, an enquiry and an unaccepted quote do not reserve service slots.
Can a home or hotel be the collection point?+
Yes, for assessment, with actual access, authority, packing readiness and a confirmed window. Property type alone does not establish serviceability.
Does nationwide mean any item can be sent anywhere?+
No. Location, contents, documents, packing, handling and available operational support must all fit the reviewed service.
