BAGGAGE DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA
More room for the journey you want.
A family holiday, city change or long stay needs a baggage plan that suits the itinerary. Tell PORTADOR BLACK where your belongings are ready and where an authorised person can receive them.
Plan by itinerary, not just city names.
Give collection and delivery postcodes, readiness and the requested receiving window. Mention whether the destination is a home, hotel, campus or venue. For several stops, identify which pieces need each destination before seeking the quote.
Keep a travel kit with you.
Set aside identity documents, essential medicine, keys, immediate clothing and devices you need during travel. A separately transported bag follows its own processing plan. It should not contain something essential for check-in, entry or the first hours after arrival.
Arrange a person at each handover.
Confirm packing readiness and property permission. Give the authorised releasing and receiving contacts, hours and access instructions through the secure workflow. A hotel booking or concierge message alone does not confirm a PORTADOR appointment.
Describe the final delivery conditions.
Remote locations, vehicle access, stairs, receiving hours and local restrictions can affect serviceability. Explain them early so handling scope and any applicable charge can be reviewed before acceptance. A postcode match alone is not a delivery commitment.
Update one record if plans change.
Contact BLACK with the existing reference if the hotel, date or recipient changes. The team reassesses feasibility and any effect on scope or cost. A second enquiry does not automatically cancel or amend the first.
Can bags arrive before I reach the hotel?+
Only with an agreed authorised recipient and receiving window. The property must accept them; storage is not automatically included.
Is Sunday collection available?+
Request the specific location and time. Sunday, holiday and late-night support requires route and team confirmation.
