You do not need a flight or holiday to use personal logistics. PORTADOR BLACK assesses selected packed belongings moving between people and addresses, with collection, contents and the receiving plan agreed first.
Start with the pieces you want to send.
Clothing, shoes, books and selected soft furnishings such as packed linen are useful starting categories. Give the actual piece count, contents, approximate weight and destination. Describe the material and fragility rather than calling a mixed box household goods. Every item remains subject to acceptance.
Explain the home or apartment access.
Tell the team about the floor, working lift, stairs, building entry process and a permitted place to stop. An authorised person must be available to release the packages. Share detailed address or access instructions securely; do not put door codes or personal schedules in public links.
Have the items ready for transport.
Use suitable closed packing and identify what belongs in each piece. Approximate measurements can start the enquiry; packed weight and dimensions are verified for the agreed billing basis. Ask about any packing support before accepting a proposal rather than assuming a packing crew will arrive.
Plan the receiving end too.
Confirm the full destination, authorised recipient, access and receiving hours. If a family member receives the items, identify that person and make sure they know what is arriving. Do not assume a guard or neighbour can receive valuable or private belongings without authority.
A selected-item service, with clear scope.
This request is for a manageable set of packed personal items. It is not automatically a whole-home relocation, furniture-removal service, dismantling job, installation or storage arrangement. Large furniture, appliances, fragile décor, artwork and antiques need separate assessment and may fall outside BLACK.
Use one plan if details change.
Keep the quote and enquiry or AWB reference. Tell the team if the piece count, date, address or contents change so the correct booking can be reviewed. A home collection preference becomes an appointment only when PORTADOR confirms the arrangement.
Can I send belongings without travelling?+
Yes. Request assessment of the actual packed items and route. A flight or hotel booking is not required for a personal-logistics enquiry.
Does home collection include packing and moving furniture?+
No automatic packing crew, dismantling, furniture removal or whole-home move is included. Any additional scope must be specifically reviewed and agreed.
