PORTADOR BLACK / INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH ASSESSMENT

INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH ASSESSMENT

Sending it overseas? Start with the actual items.

Tell us what needs to leave India, where it is going and when it is needed. We review the items, purpose, packing, route and available carrier options before proposing a service. An enquiry starts the assessment; it does not confirm international acceptance or a delivery date.

Share the country, postcode and exact contents.

Give the pickup location in India, destination country and postcode, item list, purpose, piece count, packed weight and dimensions. Say whether items are used belongings, new purchases, gifts, hired items, equipment, documents or commercial goods.

Choose the request that matches the goods.

Baggage, gifts, personal purchases, event items and business goods can require different documents and carrier acceptance. A personal or gift label does not remove the need to classify the actual goods correctly.

Have documents reviewed before collection.

Tell us about any passport, identity document, certificate or important original. International document requests, including passports, require manual review of the document, sender authority, destination rules and carrier route. Do not send sensitive copies in a public note.

Review the available service and responsibilities.

The proposed quote should explain pickup and delivery scope, applicable charges and the parties responsible for required formalities. No blanket customs-clearance, duty-paid, overseas-network or fixed-delivery promise follows from submitting the enquiry.

Declare special contents early.

Batteries, liquids, aerosols, food, valuables, fragile parts and regulated goods need specific review. Packing must suit the accepted route. Country and carrier restrictions can mean a request is declined or needs another arrangement.

Ask separately about collection outside India.

Email black@portadorblack.com with both countries, postcodes, items and timing for manual review. The planning form starts with pickup in India; an overseas address in a note does not create an overseas collection booking.

Can I request international dispatch of personal belongings or gifts?+

Yes. Share the actual items, purpose, countries, postcodes and packed measurements for assessment. Service availability, documents and carrier acceptance are confirmed individually.

Can you send a passport internationally?+

Request manual assessment first. The exact document, sender authority, route, destination requirements and carrier acceptance must be reviewed before collection or a delivery plan is offered.

Does the quote include duties and customs clearance?+

Check the written scope. Duties, taxes, clearance responsibilities and third-party charges are not assumed to be included.

Can you collect outside India?+

You may enquire by email for manual review. No overseas-origin collection network or booking is established by the enquiry alone.

PICKUP. DELIVERY. CLEAR NEXT STEPS.

Tell us what
you need to send.

A request is an enquiry. Items, route, price, packing and pickup require separate review and confirmation.
