What we collect and why.

Your name, international phone number, email, service preferences, locations, pieces, approximate weights and contents help us assess and answer your enquiry. Full addresses, recipient details, required identity or shipment documents, payment references and delivery records support the approved service, accounting, safety, claims and legal obligations. Tell recipients when you supply their details.

Share documents through the secure workflow.

The initial enquiry does not require a passport image or Indian OTP. When KYC or a shipment document is necessary, use the appropriate secure PORTADOR form and provide only what is requested. Never put passport numbers, full identity images, passwords, card details or detailed itineraries in public links, comments or WhatsApp prefills.

Property and purchase details need care.

For authorised hotel, home or retail handovers, supply only the releasing/receiving contact and property or order information needed for that service. A public message does not need room numbers, door codes, religious-visit details or an itinerary. Tell other people when you provide their contact information, and obtain the necessary authority for release.

Who may receive relevant information.

Necessary details may be shared with authorised collection and delivery teams, carriers, terminals, technology and communication providers, professional advisers or public authorities for the stated service or a legal duty. Existing infrastructure includes Vercel and Supabase. Provider arrangements may involve processing outside India. PORTADOR does not sell personal information.

Cookies, attribution and your choices.

Essential technical storage supports forms, session security and abuse prevention. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after your optional choice on a public BLACK page. You can allow analytics and ad measurement separately, choose essential storage only, or change your choice using Privacy choices on public pages. An enquiry is not blanket marketing consent. Personalised advertising, Google Signals and enhanced conversions using customer information are not enabled by this setup.

What optional measurement receives.

With the relevant permission, Google receives public-page visits, selected campaign labels, contact-button actions and an event when a new enquiry is saved. That event uses a random receipt identifier to avoid duplicate counting. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipment descriptions, identity documents, AWB or pickup references and private request URLs are excluded from these events. Optional Google tags do not run on private request or shipment pages. Google may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Optional storage and withdrawal.

We remember your measurement choice for up to 90 days. With ad-measurement permission, validated ad-click identifiers may be retained in this browser for up to 30 days. Random event receipts used to avoid duplicate measurement are retained for up to 90 days. Withdrawing the relevant permission clears our optional click storage and accessible Google measurement cookies; withdrawing all measurement also clears the local event-receipt list. Essential form and security storage remains available. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.

Retention, access and correction.

Information is retained according to its purpose and applicable obligations, not an unlimited promise or invented fixed deletion period. You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or a review of retained data at black@portadorblack.com. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Shipment, tax, payment and dispute records may need to remain after an account is deleted.

Security and privacy concerns.

Access controls and secure transport help protect records, but no service can promise zero risk. Contact black@portadorblack.com with “Privacy request” and a reference if you suspect misuse. Avoid unnecessary document attachments. We will explain a request’s outcome or any applicable restriction. Material changes will be dated here; a new purpose requiring consent will be presented separately.

Do I need to upload my passport just to ask for a quote?+

No. Start with the requested journey and contact details. Required identity information is collected later through the secure workflow.

Can I ask you to correct a recipient or journey detail?+

Yes. Contact the BLACK support address with your reference. Changing operational information may also require a new service assessment.
