Do not hand over unlawful or concealed goods.
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, concealed or falsely described contents cannot be accepted. Arms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances and other regulated goods require the relevant lawful authority and a specifically compliant service; the standard BLACK personal-logistics enquiry is not permission to send them.
Declare batteries, liquids and regulated contents.
Power banks, smart-luggage batteries, electronics, perfumes, aerosols, liquids, powders, chemicals, medicines, food and temperature-sensitive items require review. Some may need exclusion, specialist packing, documents or a different transport mode. Do not use passenger cabin allowances as instructions for packing cargo.
Valuables need explicit written acceptance.
Cash, negotiable instruments, bullion, precious stones, jewellery, luxury watches and similar high-risk items must not be placed in ordinary baggage, personal-item, gift or retail-purchase shipments. Request a separate review of lawful ownership, value, route, custody and risk requirements. A luxury garment, special-handling request or OBC description does not establish acceptance of precious contents.
Household, gift and retail labels are not blanket acceptance.
Clothing, books and selected packed soft furnishings can be requested for assessment. Large furniture, appliances, fragile décor, artwork and antiques may need capabilities outside BLACK’s offered scope. Food, flowers, liquids and valuables require specific review even when wrapped as a gift. A sealed shop package must still have an accurate contents declaration and suitable packing.
Special items need a complete description.
Tell us about instruments, sports equipment, fragile objects, antiques, artwork, sharp or magnetic components and oversized pieces. Declare the actual material and intended use. Commercial event stock, sale goods or professional equipment must not be described as used personal effects to avoid required documentation.
Keep irreplaceable essentials with you.
Keep passports, travel tickets, money, essential medicine, keys and items needed during your journey out of the bags being forwarded. Any proposed movement of an original document requires a separate assessment. Do not conceal an item because it is small, valuable or familiar.
Inspection and carrier decisions still apply.
Screening authorities, customs and carriers can examine or refuse items. PORTADOR may request clarification, inspect packing and verify weight or dimensions before, at or after pickup. Can I leave a power bank or perfume in the suitcase?+
Declare it before confirmation. Do not hand it over assuming a passenger-baggage exception applies to the separately shipped bag.
Can I send wedding jewellery with my outfits?+
Not as an undeclared addition to a normal garment shipment. High-risk valuables require separate written acceptance, lawful documentation and a reviewed custody and risk plan.
